The BOI lists vacant lots inside the Koggala Export Processing Zone: about 15.4 acres of developed land in six lots and about 8.7 acres of undeveloped land in three lots, for export-oriented industry.

- BOI investsrilanka.com search: Retried 30 Oct 2026: the WordPress API still returns HTTP 403, but the site search works. It found the Galle Techno Park and Hikkaduwa land pages (added); searches for Matara and Weligama found no land or project pages.
