The BOI state-owned land workbook lists 94 land records in Galle district across about 20 DS divisions, most of them vacant, with GN division, extent and present land use for each.

- The workbook gives no investment suitability for most rows; the BOI asks investors to contact its officer.
- Extents are given in acres, roods and perches or in hectares; some rows have no extent.
